New Zealand Minister of Defence Award of Excellence to Industry 2011

Marinvent Corporation has been award the New Zealand Minister of Defence Award of Excellence to Industry for 2011 (Category B) for the Royal New Zealand Air Force C-130 LEP and P-3K programs.

Raleigh NC – Advanced Aerospace Solutions, LLC (AdvAero) announced it is on the General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) team selected for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Systems Engineering 2020 Research and Development / Mission Analysis Support Program. The ten-year contract has a maximum value of $1.2 billion for the team, if all options are exercised.

Advanced Aerospace Solutions LLC will support General Dynamics in its activities on the FAA’s NextGen modernization program. This program will provide the research and development and systems engineering services to the FAA as it introduces new technologies and procedures that will modernize and enhance the efficiency of the U.S. national airspace system (NAS). The NextGen development program will entail the use of flying laboratories – aircraft specifically equipped to conduct large-scale demonstrations and evaluations of the NextGen concepts, procedures and technologies.
